✧ commission must be paid before i start working.✧ commission prices are listed for personal use, if you want them for comercial use the prices are doubled.✧ you cannot refund your commission unless there’s been 3 months since you ordered it.✧ your commission can take 1 week, but if i have more pending （ i’ll tell you ）it’ll take more.✧ if the coloring is done, you’ll get 30% of your money back
✧ if the lineart is done, you’ll get 70% of your money back
✧ if nothing was made, you’ll get 100% of your money back

✦ i do NOT talk with the commissioner unless they ask for an update, i’m used to take my time and space, but if you need updates often, ask for them.✦ don’t pressure me.✦ while ordering it, please specify if you want me to show the process （ sketch-color-finished work ）, normally i only show the finished work.
